Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy to Strengthen JAE’s Entrepreneur Support Network
New leadership focuses on funding connections, mentoring, incubation and business collaboration
Bhubaneswar, November 4, 2026: Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy has been unanimously elected President of the Juggernaut Association of Entrepreneurs (JAE), with the organisation looking to strengthen its role in business networking, entrepreneurial support and industrial collaboration in Odisha.
From networking to practical support Networking becomes more valuable when introductions lead to useful outcomes. Entrepreneurs may need help evaluating technology, preparing project reports, finding suppliers, developing distribution channels or learning from experienced business owners. JAE can help facilitate these connections by bringing together entrepreneurs, technical professionals, institutions and other stakeholders.
Funding, incubation and infrastructure Dr. Reddy’s priorities include stronger institutional funding links, industrial parks, sector-specific clusters and incubation facilities. Institutional funding is most useful when entrepreneurs understand lender requirements and prepare realistic business and financial plans. Incubation can support early-stage planning, while clusters and industrial parks can help address infrastructure and collaboration needs.
Green enterprise opportunities Sustainable construction, recycling, waste utilisation and resource efficiency may offer opportunities for entrepreneurs seeking to build commercially viable, environmentally responsible businesses. Dr. Reddy’s experience in engineering, manufacturing and green construction is relevant to evaluating the relationship between technology and implementation. JAE can help members explore such sectors through technical awareness and industry connections.
Outgoing President’s guidance Outgoing President Sri Janardhan Sahoo reviewed JAE’s approximately decade-long journey and called attention to the need for stronger member participation. His remarks included a proposal for unanimous selection of the incoming leadership. His guidance underscores that a successful association relies on members contributing their experience, contacts and time to shared initiatives.
Outgoing General Secretary’s report Outgoing General Secretary Dr. Sumantra Misra presented the association’s outreach and institutional engagement, including work relating to the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s Concentrated Solar Thermal initiative. His report highlighted the value of maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities relevant to entrepreneurs. This institutional experience can support the incoming team’s planning.
The newly elected leadership The new team comprises Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy as President, Badri Narayan Samal as Vice-President, Manoj Kumar Nayak as General Secretary, Prakash Kumar Pradhan as Joint Secretary and Arun Purohit as Treasurer. The team can strengthen JAE through mentoring, industry visits, technical workshops, exhibitions and focused member programmes.
A stronger platform for entrepreneurs JAE’s long-term value will be measured by the opportunities it helps members identify, the quality of its professional network and the practical assistance it can facilitate. With Dr. Reddy’s focus on funding, incubation and industrial collaboration, the association can explore a more structured approach to helping entrepreneurs grow.
