Tiwari succeeds Tejinder Singh Kalra, who will retire upon attaining superannuation on August 31, 2026. As part of a planned leadership transition, Kalra will continue in his role as COO until June 30, 2026, ensuring continuity and operational stability.
“With effect from July 1, 2026, he (Kalra) shall cease to be a senior management personnel of the company and shall continue with the company thereafter until his retirement to facilitate a structured transition process,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
