Ingredients- One cup curd, one glass cold water, chopped mangoes, dry mint leaves.

Rose Lassi

Ingredients – 250 grams of curd, one or two cups of water, one or two teaspoons of rose water or 10-15 rose petals.

To make it, take a bowl, take curd in it. Mix it well with the help of a spoon. Now add water to it. Add rose water and petals to this mixture. Keep in the fridge for at least an hour and serve chilled.

Ingredients- 1 cup curd, 1 banana, 3-4 walnuts, 1 tsp mixture of linseed and sesame seeds, 1 tsp honey.

To make this delicious lassi, put curd, flaxseed, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey and bananas in a blender. Blend it until it becomes thick. Now put chopped walnuts in it. Enjoy chilled.

Ingredients- 250 grams curd, 1 tbsp dry mint leaves, ground cumin (roasted), salt as per taste, 3-4 ice cubes.

In a blender add curd, dry mint leaves, salt and roasted cumin seeds. Mix it well till it becomes smooth. Now add some ice cubes to it and blend again. Garnish with ground cumin and fresh mint leaves and consume.
